Q: What kind of camera equipment will I need?

A: Whatever it is that you regularly use to take photographs, we can help you use to take better pictures - anything from a cameraphone to a high-level DSLR camera. We guarantee you will leave our workshop with new skills and confidence to take amazing images.

Q: I would like to book a time that is not showing on the booking form.

A: Please call or email us, and we will try to make arrangements to fit with your schedule

Q: What if I want to cancel?
A: We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens.  In the case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, so we recommend rescheduling instead. We will be happy to transfer your deposit to a new booking on another day (subject to availability).

Q: Can anyone join a BNE Lens workshop tour?
A: Anyone aged over 16 is welcome to participate. Please let us know if you have any special requirements and we will be happy to accommodate them.

Q: Is there any photographic genre you cannot deliver a workshop on?

A: No. As long as it's legal!
